Lifetime Weight Control

It probably won't surprise you to know that one of the top reasons people seek hypnotherapy is for weight loss.

Of course, the weight-loss field is a multi-million dollar industry.  There are hundreds of programs, all promising to help people lose all the weight they want and come out looking like supermodels.

I don't offer a weight loss program.  I offer a weight control program.  A simple, powerful program of lifestyle and emotional change that results in lifetime weight control.  

My program involves no dieting, no drugs, no weighing yourself.  It's about:

  • Learning to eat what you want, when you want, for the right reasons, and really enjoy your food
  • Learning not to overeat by understanding why and how you eat and how you can change it to maintain the weight you want
  • Learning to satisfy your needs in other ways besides overeating
  • Settling into the correct, healthy weight for your body
  • Loving and accepting yourself no matter what your weight at any given moment
  • Learning to enjoy eating nutritiously and choose healthier foods over junk food and fast food
  • Putting together an exercise program for yourself that you really enjoy and enjoy doing
  • Sticking to it by staying motivated and establishing new lifetime habits

Yes, you will lose weight on this program.  I can't tell you how fast, or promise that you'll look like a supermodel, but I can tell you that this program will help you to lose weight and keep it off forever.  More importantly, you'll feel good about yourself and about your body, no matter where you are in your weight control journey.   How you feel about your body and yourself is more important than what your scales says.  And knowing that matters, because when you feel good about yourself, you shed pounds even more easily and build self-esteem at the same time. 

The key to permanent weight control isn't punishing yourself with diets, drugs, or deprivation.  The real key is the love you give to yourself.  The Lifetime Weight Control program is six-to-eight sessions designed to change your lifestyle, unlock and eliminate old, unwanted eating behaviors, and learn to love and feel good about yourself.  All you need is the desire and the readiness to make this change!
